Every great Jewish story starts with a little chutzpah (or mass persecution). And for Mensch Made it was a bit of both.

As a Jew of mixed Sephardic and Ashkenazi heritage (yes, family dinners are exactly as loud as you're imagining), I've always lived between worlds. But if there's one thing that unites all Jews, it's our ability to find humor in the darkest of moments.

Mensch Made started with a simple idea: what if we could wear our Jewish identity not just with pride, but with that quintessential Jewish humor that's gotten us through millennia of hardships? I made a few hats for my friends - you know, the kind that make you laugh and your mother say "oy vey" - and suddenly, everyone wanted one.

Mensch Made isn't just about wearing a funny hat or hoodie. It's about wearing our identity proudly, laughing in the face of adversity, and reminding the world that we're still here, still joking, and still choosing to celebrate who we are.
